• Settlee invoices promptly as per agreed terms.
• Address any disputes regarding fees within 14 days of receipt.

Non-payment may result in suspension of services. All fees are subject to Indian tax regulations.

Limitation of Liability

DreamKey is not liable for:

• Losses arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
• Third-party actions, including property sellers or legal entities.
• Indirect or consequential damages from using our services.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services, per Indian law.

Termination of Services

Ending Our Agreement

We may terminate or suspend services if you:

• Breach these terms or engage in unlawful activities.
• Fail to meet payment obligations.
• Misuse our website or services.

You may terminate engagement by providing written notice. Termination does not relieve you of outstanding obligations.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Negotiation: Attempting to resolve issues amicably within 30 days.
• Arbitration: Binding arbitration in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• Courts: Exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts for unresolved disputes.
